No, this is part of the new Microsoft software piracy to stop. It's called (WGA) Windows Genuine Advantage.
I stopped the automatic updates in Windows, when I heard that I had not seen it in my PC, but I saw on the computers in the workplace. PC Volume License Key (VLK), and look at this. I do not get the updates for security news today, but well, no great loss. I'm sure if you google this problem, perhaps someone a solution or work around already.

If not, get rid of this error message, install Windows immeditely. Then turn on Automatic Updates (in the Control Panel> Security Center). After 30 days of the message you get from Windows is behind bars is no longer used. When you reinstall Windows, do not hesitate to write.
In addition, I suggest you call the company prepared to tell your computer to see whether it is their fault and can be arranged.
Good Luck
You are receiving this because you probably have ad-ware or spyware on your computer. I run Ad-Aware downlaod, free software, and who firmly and removes spyware from your system.
try to see Windows program, to update it, if it helps ... and also try to update your java http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/ind ... Run Disk Cleanup and drfrag .... If U are still in the pop-up ... Make sure that your Windows key # was placed in the windows of the right ... sometimes damage the plants .... if it is irregular or the computer is so old, can be taken to another, or call the company that the computer is still 800 #
This is a scam, to treat the terror alert as you go on a website. They unwittingly downloaded adware on your computer from a website. You need a program called "Ad-aware to remove and running, safely, and others who probably downloaded to your computer.
