Depends on how you define cruelty really. You can buy meat, eggs and dairy products from animals allowed to move freely through the countryside and eat what they choose. They are injected with hormones or antibiotics (not required) are in perfect condition.

You can meat is slaughtered, the place on the spot (get to be jammed into cattle cars and miles driven to the slaughterhouse).

You need something for the future and research, but it's there.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to keep their own chickens for eggs.
Try a farmers market, where you can talk with the producers and ask them about their production methods and philosophy to be found. A health food store is a small local provider, or you can go in the right direction.
"Try free-range organic" and "old race" of farmers in general to keep their animals the least burdensome as possible.
I personally think that a life without cruelty, with no animal products are excluded - even meat. If you are sure that the products they consume are well cared for and treated with respect in their life and death, enjoying a meal, and thank you eat the animal.
If you can not be sure that the food you eat cruelty free, then choose something else - this also applies to vegetables and animal products. While vegetables are free from cruelty, intensive farming can be very cruel to the environment - pesticides and chemical fertilizers much collateral damage. If you have space for largew their own vegetables - even a can of tomatoes and herbs is a step in the right direction.
The selection of local food, organic and fresh food, and is on course.

EED not a vegetarian, but try their offerings to all organic products of animal origin, and you should be able to get in the supermarket. A few things that you do not mioght know that it mioght terrible things in foods we do not expect it ...

Gelatin in candies and other products of the nail and the skin of cows and horses.
You can be sure that you do not eat, by all packages in everything you buy ... oh, it's almost like jelly haha eat is not as gelatin.

Ughhh yuck Lab found in dairy products like cheese and yogurt in the mucosa of the stomach of sheep ... It is an artificial replacement titrated no animal rennet can get everywhere, just check the packaging.

Also hot-chips are usually not), fried in animal fat (Mc Donald's, like most people today but also in the composition of the chips in animal fat in it (not a McDonald's) If you do not eat, so not the place of purchase CHEC for container and Ake, you always have the packaging.

Things you in your diet! --
Protein-found in meats and vegetables: replace the protein that is lost by eating lots of vegetables and nuts. Eating tofu is probably no more! What is tofu, and also another matter that is full of proteins is that Tenpei like fruit and tofu that shulld looks to be in a position to give the EU supermmarktes Wher as tofu and healthy food stores.
Iron! - Red meat is the main source of iron and reallyl FRICAN. Replace the greens are spinach, broccoli, or better yet, a reduced long Broccoli Broccolini "originating.
Vitamins can get vitamin C, but these are mainly found in strawberries and oranges.

Try not to eat, junk food, just because its terrible for your body!

I hope that helped: xx)

If you want to feel better about yourself, go vegetarian.

If you really want to live free from cruelty, and not really about the exploitation of animals for personal use, care, then yes, that means go vegan.

You can `t care of the animals and using them for their own selfish at the same time.

Vegans do not consume milk and eggs, soil and sub-products of animal origin is given to the cruel methods (this is mainly due to the meat industry is linked to other industries), I also believe that the exploitation of animals, used for what they produce is. Under an egg is not exactly the same thing to kill her baby (the egg can be fertilized), but you are kept tightly closed valves to a. or b. make a bet. When it comes to honey, we're talking about insects and honey, is obviously on its territory, and probably not enough to mention honey, not to mention the amount of work required for the bees to be (overhead).

I know it might sound strange, but if you are in this situation? Think about the process of bees, the experience all that honey, and then think that even to do just to get a man in and steal your only food source that allows you to starve in the process and possibly or probably to kill their friends and family?

Personally, I think that is cruelty free vegan, but not to be deterred, veganism is not afraid. Veganism to me is doing everything to cause as little suffering to animals, and for me it does not eat dairy products or eggs. I think any kind of reproduction and the animals for consumption in operation and should not be performed. I think it is possible, the cruelty of the egg and milk is certainly not cruelty. The cruelty-free eggs are the best substitute Ener-G eggs used in recipes and milk is the best almond milk Cruelty free them. In reality, the decision is yours. Research on this issue and decide for yourself whether you think the raising of animals to consume their products is not correct.

Thinking going vegan is the fear here, especially when you have people constantly trying to make others in the game .... kama, but still.

Why not on one thing at a time when you set your goal, then work towards it.
However, it takes strength and will keep in mind that you will not just go in every coffee shop or eat what you want.
I live in the land of Scotch beef and find a place to eat with a vegetarian option, let alone a dairy (I'm allergic) to milk is only a joke.

But if it can be taken seriously, an excellent cook and have friends to dinner, and when you eat something, first at home, so you don, can only feel bad salad: P

Many strict vegetarians and never eat their own cooking, but as a vegetarian should consider whether the product is milk or egg product is ethically produced are out to eat?

If the plants tend to roll only the cream and eggs and not think about taking them, but perhaps a good half way in.int would avoid, but all end his early life (quite difficult ... especially in processed foods) and then see if you want to do more.

Good luck:)

It depends on how you want. Some vegetarians believe that humans enslave bees and forced to work and make honey. Or take the eggs of chickens is the same as withdrawing their children. The same with milk. Dairy cows give birth to produce milk. His calves are slaughtered for veal.

I never saw the eggs or dairy free as "cruelty". You can buy a cage "free" eggs. But just so you know, the chickens lay eggs, cage-free are not allowed outdoors. I do not know what kind of milk should be in the amount of cage eggs. Of course, you remember things from milk and eggs, such as yogurt, cheese, ice cream to buy, and so on.

Your choice.

I am a vegetarian, living a life free of guilt and cruelty. It's really fun to not be so intimidated by him. Veganism is not only what you eat and drink, what are the products they use, and also what you wear! I refuse to leather, suede, wool to wear .. etc.

Free products of good vegan / cruelty now available ...
Lush Cosmetics.
Mr. Barry Makeup
Original source.
PitRok.
Urban Decay Make-up (not all).

~~~~~~~
Hope this helps a little!
And of course, you strive to make the change! Most people think: "There is nothing I can do to help" do not care. :)
I do not believe, nothing to eat, the "gratuitous cruelty". It would be impossible to address demand for food, all animals "uncruely needs. Go with veggie burgers and other things because proteins and other good things we are, without cruelty to the" "
It depends a little. I mean, if you do not want to eat carcus animals, then it is releaving cruelty against them. If you do not eat animals, then vegan is the right way.
