Glass Food Storage Natural Food Safety Without BPA Plastics; Nonstick Vs Stainless; Stoneware Vs Glassware?

Natural food safety without BPA plastics; nonstick vs stainless; stoneware vs glassware? - glass food storage

with the research on BPA and plastic, I have some questions about cooking and storage:

1) are the plastic containers that gladware insurance, unless they put in the dishwasher? What about the freezer? If you do not freeze, and the like, as zippered freezer bag, which should freeze the food?

2) I threw my non-stick pans, because what I read leaching of coatings in food. Stainless is the best?

3) What happens to the earthenware cooking against the glass? I read most of the sandstone can lead to life-liquor, but obviously, something new (Corningware, Corelle) would not do that. But in general, glass is safer, though not evenly cook? I bought Sandstone (ENS) and said to soak the pots in water, so that no seeminly food hamper. Looking Glass pots and pans can not be found.

Thank you!

1. I have no idea, it's better if you can avoid the freezing of all foods. , Buy what you need now, in the workshop and is eaten fresh. If you think you need later - later to buy. I really do not know, a material for safe food from the freezer.

2. I do not always use coated cast iron, if I can. I buy pots and pans for less thrift stores. You will also find uncoated steel.

3. They sell glass pot everywhere - Macy's, Target, etc. Again, I buy my second-hand shops at low prices, but you can not find in any business.
