Peavey Preamp What Is Wrong With My Preamp?

I have a Peavey Ultra 60 Tube Amp In mid80's.
I have long since my band played a show and I decided to be stupid *** and all the pots that would make up all the pots of volume, volume, and EQ pots.
The amplifier is well suited for the performance, but after I ceased to work.
The amplifier's Power switch: a standard B-switch / LED red switch and a standby mode with a green LED.
Well, every time you connect your amplifier in touch and turn the power off and break, is the green LED does not light, maintain, and is connected, no sound from the car.
So I guess something must have broken or fried in the preamp Peavey. My guess is only one type of fuse inside the amplifier and the standby switch and the light is refracted, so that no power is available to the rest of the circuit in the amplifier delivered.
